Material: Processing of forged aluminium with thick material to achieve high quality in cast look.

Bottom: The optimized induction bottom is approx. 4,5 mm thick and made of ferromagnetic steel. It allows faster heating and high energy efficiency.

Coating: The ceramic coating works well for searing at high temperatures - scratch proof and extremely heat-resistant up to 400 °C / 750 °F as well as 100% free of PFOA!

Long handle: The new ergonomic handle has a non-slip, rubber-like surface with stainless steel flame protection. Thereby the handle stays always cool and provides a higher safety. This item is oven safe up to 160°C.
